Online auditing tools have made shocking revelations about Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla Motors and the world’s biggest billionaire. He says that more than half of Musk’s Twitter followers are fake. The news came after Twitter microblogging website Elon Musk bought it with a 100 percent stick.

Elon Musk has spent 44 billion to buy Twitter. Tesla CEO Elon Musk currently has 90 million followers on Twitter. Audit results from online auditing tool SparkToro show that 53.3 percent of Musk’s followers are fake, meaning they have fake or inactive accounts on his list of followers. According to a report, any Twitter user can use this tool to investigate. However, the results reported by Sparkatoro are not entirely accurate.

SparkToro told The Independent that the audit looked at 2,000 of the last 100,000 accounts that follow Elon Musk. Since then, more than 25 factors related to spam/bot/lower accounts have been investigated. According to a report by SparkToro, an average of 41% of Elon Musk’s followers are fake.

Notably, before buying Twitter, Musk said he had been asked to shut down spam and fake accounts. Mask tweeted on April 21: “If we buy Twitter, we will try to eliminate or reduce spambots.” According to Forbes, Musk has a net worth of २६268 billion.
