The viral video is from Goa’s capital Panaji, where a man entered a women’s toilet wearing a burqa, after which the people present there beat him up. It has nothing to do with Shaheen Bagh in Delhi.
A Facebook page named Aradhana Dubey posted this video, writing, ‘In fallen Shahid Bagh of the fallen Okat Jihadi … only women are not wearing burqas, their … Mullies are also protesting wearing burqas … these goths People now want to capture the burqa of poor Muslim women too.

According to media reports, on 16 February 2019, a man named Virgil Fernandez entered the women’s toilet at the bus stand wearing a burqa in Goa’s capital Panaji.
