CM Shivraj fires Niwari collector: A decision by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who toured Madhya Pradesh in the ‘hero’ avatar and cracked down on irresponsible officials and employees, stunned everyone on Wednesday. Along with this, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan also ordered the removal of Tehsildar from Orchha. Garhkundar festival is organized on the birth anniversary of Maharaja Khet Singh Khangar in Niwari district. District Minister Gopal Bhargava was also present along with Chief Minister Shivraj.
Dindori Collector Praised, Action Taken On Niwari Collector
The Chief Minister praised Dindori collector Vikas Mishra from the full stage at the Gadhkundar Festival in Niwari and said, ‘He works hard day and night. But the Niwari district collector has not lived up to expectations. Many types of complaints have been received against him. I am retiring the Niwari District Collector with immediate effect. Along with this, he also took out Sandeep Sharma, Tehsildar of Orchha.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said from the stage, “Niwari district is very dear to me. I have received serious complaints from the people here. I do not insult anyone. I welcome government employees who do a nice job”. of complaints have been received against him. For this, I am removing Niwari Collector Tarun Bhatnagar with immediate effect. Orchha Tehsildar Sandeep Sharma has also been removed with immediate effect due to wrongdoing.”
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said there have been complaints about land irregularities in Niwari. Complaints were received against him (the collector) for manipulation in the sale of state land. That is why this action has been taken for negligence at work. During this, he also gave instructions to investigate the matter related to the land.
