Apart from this, there is a possibility of dense fog in different areas in Bihar and Sub-Himalayas West Bengal and Sikkim during December 20 and December 21.

Due to the fog, there is still 150-200 meters of visibility left in Delhi. However, it increases as the day goes by. According to the Meteorological Department, today the minimum temperature of Delhi is 6 degrees Celsius. Due to heavy fog, visibility at Palam airport dropped to 50 meters around 6 am. For this reason, the Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow alert in Delhi from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Cold snap conditions to continue in North India
According to IMD, there is no chance of any significant change in the minimum temperature in North India for the next 4-5 days. Cold wave conditions will continue in different parts of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and North Rajasthan. Speaking of Uttar Pradesh, today the minimum temperature in the capital Lucknow will be 9 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 22 degrees.
