A delegation of Mahavikas Aghadi met this morning with Leader of the Opposition in Assembly and former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to ensure that the Rajya Sabha elections are held without any opposition. During the meeting, the two parties made proposals in this regard. The deadline to withdraw the application was until 3:00 p.m. today. Until then, however, no information has been given about the acceptance of the proposal by any of the parties. Therefore, it has been decided that the Rajya Sabha elections will be held now. In statements to the media in this regard, the BJP state president, Chandrakant Patil, has given a detailed paper.
“The leader of the Mahavikas Aghadi, Devendra Fadnavis, and I had an hour-long discussion. The Mahavikas Aghadi had proposed giving one more seat in the Legislative Council in exchange for withdrawing the third seat in the Rajya Sabha. Instead, we proposed that they “They will withdraw their second seat in the Rajya Sabha and then we will not fight for the fifth seat in the Legislative Council. We have not had any communication since then,” said Chandrakant Patil.
“No one said anything after half past ten. It’s three o’clock. So the election is now inevitable. The BJP will win that third seat 100 percent,” Chandrakant Patil said confidently.
How to put numbers together?
“They don’t have enough manpower. Both will fight for common votes. we have 30 The fee is 41.01. We have 12 additional votes. There is a preferential vote. There are many cases in history where the number one vote was higher for some and lower for others. The candidate with the least number of votes has also won. Because this method has a method of counting a decimal of a vote up to this point. Therefore, we are confident that we will win this election,” said Patil.

“We are not in contact with MLA from other parties”
“We have been in contact with everyone. So there is no need to call a separate meeting. We are talking to everyone. We are not in contact with other party candidates. It is also not our way of working. It does not work. The MLA of the established party has to show that vote to their representative. So everything will work on votes other than official votes,” Patil also mentioned at this point.
