The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a 59-page charge sheet against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in a Rs 100 crore recovery case. Along with Deshmukh, a charge sheet was also filed against Sanjeev Palande and Kundan Shinde. The matter is scheduled to be heard soon.

A special CBI court has recently allowed Sachin Vaze to be a government witness in the Rs 100 crore recovery case filed against Deshmukh. The charge sheet was filed the next day. Waje was arrested by the NIE for seizing explosives from a car parked near Mukesh Ambani’s home in Mumbai.
