NCP leader Nawab Malik has filed an application in the ED court seeking a vote in the Rajya Sabha. The petition has been filed in court through Nawab Malik’s lawyers. He was arrested by the Recovery Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case.
Anil Deshmukh’s request too
An application has also been made through Anil Deshmukh seeking a vote in the Rajya Sabha. After that, his application must also be submitted, Malik demanded. Elections for 6 Rajya Sabha seats will be held on June 10. The ED will give its verdict tomorrow on the application filed by Deshmukh and Malik. Both petitions will be heard on June 8.

The notorious thug was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges of financial misappropriation related to Dawood Ibrahim’s assets. His emergency cell was extended until March 7. Between February 25 and 28, Nawab Malik was hospitalized due to health problems. Nawab Malik could not be questioned during these three days. The ED also said that it was more necessary to arrest Malik and conduct an investigation due to the information obtained from the investigation. On this issue, the court had extended Nawab Malik’s ED custody until March 7. Anil Deshmukh and Nawab Malik are currently in judicial custody at Arthur Road.
