For the raw banana and tomato greens, first wash and peel the raw bananas. Cut it into small round pieces. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Finely chop the green chillies and green coriander.

Heat the ghee in a pot and add the cumin seeds. Then add the chopped cumin seeds, green chillies and tomatoes and sauté well. Once the tomatoes are soft, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Now cook for 5-7 minutes and then add some curd and mix. Now add the chopped plantains and then add some water and cover the pot. After 2-3 whistles, the vegetable is ready. When cooked and cooled, add garam masala and black pepper powder. You can also add mustard seeds and curry leaves. If the garam masala is homemade, you can omit the black pepper. Garnish with cilantro and serve later.
