List of public holidays in May 2022: Customers who have to deal with bank-related work should check out their vacation list for this month. So that they can face the obstacles that come with the work of the bank. Every year, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) can issue a list of bank holidays of Indian banks. This gives customers advance notice of when banks will close and when they will reopen. So let’s take a look at this month’s vacation list.

The Reserve Bank of India has divided the list of bank holidays into three categories. These include the Negotiable Instruments Act, Real Time Gross Settlement and Closing of Bank Accounts.

According to the RBI calendar, the bank will have four consecutive days off from May. These holidays can vary from state to state and from festival to festival. The RBI has published a list of bank holidays for four reasons. The list is based on festivals held across the country and in the states.
