Flatulence is a natural process. But if it stays for a long time, it causes constipation and bloating. The constipation keeps coming. The wind blows. Stomach rumbles keep coming. Eating grains, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage can aggravate the problem. This problem is caused by the gluten and dairy products in the flour. Experts advise those with this disorder to reduce the amount of this substance in their diet. When eating, do not talk too much and do not swallow grass in a hurry. As a result, the excess air in the stomach along with the food causes this problem. Eat while you eat. Close your mouth and chew the grass. Also avoid carbonated drinks (sodas).
