To increase its audience, the Bangalore-based production company has decided to team up with writers and filmmakers from the Hindi film industry. Without disclosing details, Chaluve Gowda, a partner at Homble Films, said that they have hired two prominent Bollywood writers to pen films for the banner.
He said, “We are working with some Hindi writers… Once the story is ready, we will look for directors and then actors. We focus on the writers first because they are the ones who make the story.” The company’s upcoming slate of films includes ‘Salaar’, starring pan-India Prabhas, which is scheduled for release on September 28.
