Satyanarayana, known for his villainous roles and other characters, passed away in Hyderabad due to age-related ailments. He was 87 years old. He acted in more than 700 films in a career that spanned nearly six decades and was unwell for some time.

Several stalwarts of the South Indian entertainment industry took to social media to pay tribute to the actor. ‘RRR’ star Ram Charan expressed his grief and dedicated a moving post to Satyanarayana.
