PM Modi Pays Tribute To Kaikala Satyanarayana: Veteran Telugu actor and Lok Sabha MP Kaikala Satyanarayana breathed his last on Friday, December 23 at his residence in Hyderabad. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his condolences on the death of Kaikala Satyanarayan and has also paid tribute to her.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi mourned the death of veteran Telugu actor Kaikala Satyanarayana on Friday, saying he was popular among generations for his remarkable acting skills and various roles. Modi tweeted: “Saddened by the passing of renowned film personality Mr. Kaikala Satyanarayan Garu. He was popular among generations for his remarkable acting skills and various roles. My thoughts are with his family and fans. Peace.”

Satyanarayana, known for his villainous roles and other characters, passed away in Hyderabad due to age-related ailments. He was 87 years old. He acted in more than 700 films in a career that spanned nearly six decades and was unwell for some time.

Wave of mourning in the film industry

Several stalwarts of the South Indian entertainment industry took to social media to pay tribute to the actor. ‘RRR’ star Ram Charan expressed his grief and dedicated a moving post to Satyanarayana. He wrote: “Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Kaikala Satyanarayana Garu. His contribution to our film industry will always be remembered! May his soul rest in peace.

At the same time, ‘Pushpa’ actor Allu Arjun was also seen paying his last respects. He wrote: “Saddened to learn of the disappearance of Kaikala Satyanarayana Garu. His contribution to our film industry will always be remembered!! May his soul rest in peace #kaikalasatyanarayana.’
