Police took action against Ketki Chitale for writing offensive social media posts against NCP Chairman Sharad Pawar. Ketaki Chitale is currently in judicial custody. The actor Praveen Tarde has now clarified his role in this regard. Praveen Tarde was talking to journalists in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
“I don’t know anything about the Ketaki case. When this happened, the final work on the Dharmaveer film began. After that, he spent time on promotion. Three days after that, Hambirao began the final work on the film. So I don’t know what happened. But, I am of the opinion that no actor should play the role of a particular political party. If I make a movie, I will see all the elements. He is going to love me for my acting, my love for the work he’s become an idol. He shouldn’t use it for any political party,” Praveen Tarde said.
“Everyone loves us. Therefore, no actor should take a particular role. The actor belongs to everyone. Certain people did not come to see his film. The work of art belongs to the community. The artist can be a gift to society. I am of the opinion that society should ask questions and should give the same answer. Therefore, you will never see Praveen Tarde on any political platform in your life. This area will be closed the day you do. Do not use both areas for each other. One must be full time somewhere. Artist, actor is born to pay the debt of society”, said Praveen Tarde.
Meanwhile, on May 26, the court rejected the bail statement of actress Ketki Chitale, who had been writing obscene articles against NCP Chairman Sharad Pawar on social media. After Ketki Chitale was arrested on May 14, her bail application to Thane court was rejected after her court custody expired. Ketki has been in custody for more than 15 days. Meanwhile, after Ketki made a controversial post about Sharad Pawar, her NCP workers are trolling her on social media. Opposition parties have declared that they will not stand in the by-elections.
