ABOUT TAMIL NADU BOARD OF EDUCATION – DIRECTORATE OF GOVERNMENT EDUCATION
The Directorate of Government Examinations was formed as a separate directorate in Feb.1975. Prior to the formation of Directorate Of Government Examinations, the then DPI/DSE was the ex-officio commissioner for Govt. exams and the department was having its office at Madras only.The first secondary school leaving certificate exam was conducted in the year 1911. This directorate started conducting the following major exams from the year noted against each of them, in addition to the various examination.
This Directorate has 7 regional offices at Madurai and Coimbatore subsequently Regional Offices were formed at Tiruchirappalli, Tirunelveli , Chennai, Cuddalore and Vellore.Apart from the academic stream examination in academic fields, this department is conducting various vocational stream examinations.At present this department in conducting exams for about 15 lakh students every year.To enable the drop out who could not pursue their school studies due to various reasons, this department is conducting 8th standard public exam purely for private candidates. Likewise, private candidates are also permitted to appear for SSLC and Hr. Sec. School Exams directly either wholly or compartmentally.

Chhatisgarh Board of Secondary Education has released the Class 10th and 12th results on its official website. Suman Patel tops the Chhattisgarh class 10 examination while class 12th exams were topped by Ritesh Kumar Sahu. The CG Board results have been made available on the official website – http://cgbse.nic.in/. Last year, the passing percentage of the students of Class 12 was 97.43%, while Class 10 had 100% result. The toppers of Class 10 and Class 12 would be given a helicopter ride. As the examination went online for the last two years, the merit list was not being issued. But, this year, the exam was conducted in an offline mode so that the merit list would be released. Stay with TOI for latest updates.
The CGBSE Class 10 board examination was held between March 3 and March 23, 2022, while Chhattisgarh Class 12 board exams were conducted from March 2 to March 30, 2022.

As per the information, Suman Patel from Raigarh has topped the CGBSE Class 10 final examination 2022. While talking about class 12 then, Ritesh Kumar Sahi was the one to top-class 12 examinations with 98.67 per cent marks. Meanwhile, as per Hindustan Times, 71 students have secured top 10 positions in CG board Class 10 and Cass 12 results, 2022.
