Read the front page article (June 3) on the importance of post-Mandal counting. For the past few years, everyone’s attention has been focused on an important issue in our country and that topic is ‘How many of us?’ The question is, what is the exact number of each caste? In a democracy, numbers are more important than numbers. The numbers are considered the majority and the decision taken by the majority is correct.
Needless to say, what is on the minds of the political leaders who represent each category and caste. Leaders are wondering how I can gain political advantage with this exact number of people belonging to the caste I lead. Religious elders in the past are now becoming a race. Because now politics is at its peak. If a leader is given a chance in the cabinet .. a category or caste will be represented. The higher the population of the caste, the greater their dominance. The government does not want the same.
When this number is understood, astrology does not need to tell us how few facilities are available to a particular community. Social campaigners always say in their speeches- Hindus should unite as Hindus without going into the depths of castes and sub-castes. This will not only benefit the society but also the BJP. Sharad Pawar and Nitish Kumar are not new to politics and do not know that the regional census will benefit regional parties. But the BJP knows that it will embarrass national parties like ours. That is why efforts are being made to continue the debate on the caste-wise census.

The census is a mirage for OBCs
Other backward classes who have been stuck in the formula of reservation seats according to population ratio since independence have benefited somewhat from reservation due to ‘Mandal Commandal’ politics. But the scope of reservations in the states has changed and there is no coordination in its implementation. There was confusion with this. The list of castes included in the OBC from the outset is different from the center, the state. The list is referred to as the ‘Central List’ in the 102nd Amendment to avoid confusion.
Under Section 342 (a), the President announces a list of socially and educationally backward classes for a state or union territory. They will consult the governors of the constitutional states before announcing the list of socially and educationally backward communities. Parliament has the power to change the list of backward classes of the Central Government. The changes suggested by the states can be made with the approval of the President and Parliament. The current government’s thinking is becoming clear only after the amendment is approved. It is gratifying that the ‘National Backward Classes Commission’ is now gaining constitutional status. The original intention of the reservations was ignored from the outset and the ambitious, affluent castes urged the state governments to include at least other backward classes. Even successful in some states. It is now argued that the right of the state to determine the backwardness of the castes is being eroded by the 102nd constitutional amendment.
Strict control is required to keep the reservation system in check. However, political parties are pushing for a caste-wise census to provoke public outrage over the new rules. The fact that it is not possible to make reservations for OBCs according to the population ratio is very clear. That may be due to the case of Indira Sahani in the Supreme Court or the reservations are exceptional due to the policy of this Constitution. Therefore, as the number or ratio of OBCs is understood from the census, the number of reserved seats is not likely to increase. OBCs benefit from running along the caste-based census mirage and standing up to each other.

Feedback is waiting for the quality of the university
The analytical report (Lok Satta-June 2) by Rasika Moole that ‘the government is responsible for the plight of art colleges’ is very balanced. I am Sir J.G. He is an alumnus of the College of Arts. I j. I participated in the movement and I still participate today.
Unfortunately, this is not true. J. Art college situation is very bad. In fact the situation of art institutes across Maharashtra is much worse. But Sir J. G. For many art colleges in Maharashtra the situation would definitely improve if there were art colleges and independent state art universities and other reputed universities.
We have met the Chief Minister and the Minister of Education in this regard. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray himself has accused J.P. Being a JC alumnus. There is intimacy about J. Chief Minister, Minister of Education J. J hopes to give Unique Opinion University status and also establish an independent State Art University. If that doesn’t happen, it’s still a way to get more involved. Paths of intense concern have opened up for J.

J.J. It is very important to have an opinion
I was a JJ Gold Medalist (1978) and Fellowship winner (1976-77). So there is an intimacy about JJ and the Directorate of Arts. For the past 40 years, the management of the Directorate of Arts and JJ has been the subject of constant debate, criticism and scrutiny. Both companies have never been criticized before. JJ came into art after 1990. Those art directors were accused of corruption by the Art Directorate and JJ said these two companies suffered huge losses.
But for the past five years J.J. There has been promising news that it will be transformed into an innovative university. J.J. Abhimat University, I am very happy to hear that this is a unique place for the institution. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Now came the news that J.J. Now it is going to become a state art university. Done! What’s new after hearing this news? Everything is old.
The Directorate of Arts will be transformed into the State Art University. Corruption will continue, political interference will continue, private art institutions will continue to mislead students, and art teachers and other staff will continue to be exploited and manipulated. The new one is simply ‘Rajya Kalavidyapeeth’ or ‘J. J. The name ‘Rajya Kalavidyapeeth’ is old. This will benefit politicians. His Eye Art Directorate and J. J. The campus is located on this strategic site and on two acres of land at Bandra. They throw state art colleges and other institutions in Panvel, Palghar or elsewhere. This was the first defeat.
The second disadvantage is that the course is incorrect. Over the past 30 years, the syllabus developed by the 1975 Committee has been implemented by JJ. Hearing that the directors of private colleges are interfering and making changes in it. A third disadvantage is the stagnation of professors’ appointments over the past 20 years. How to hire a teacher on a contract basis. It will continue to be so. It all has to stop. J.J. It is imperative to become a reputed university. Only then will the above things be prevented.

Politicians are only interested in discrimination
Yogendra Yadav’s statement that differences should be forgotten and development should be given priority is true, but all religions should take these factors into consideration and try to establish peace in the country. All political activists and leaders in particular should give priority to national development. Ordinary people think it is important to run their affairs. At the bottom of the list of problems they face are issues like religion and caste. Politicians have been blamed for provoking religious controversy. Violence may not be justified, but some people burn their nests in it. It harms the society and alternatively the country. Therefore, India should not be entangled in casteism, should prioritize national development and stand as an ideal for future generations.
