Read the headline ‘Prakashachi Theerpi’ (May 28). No one will be offended if the court order to stop criminalizing women who have to resort to the profession of prostitution for a living really mirrors the light. However it should also be taken into account how the main point of the law may be indicated in other disputes of a similar nature. The main point of this law is the fact that it is not a crime for a wise man to use his body in such a way to meet his financial needs. The key issue is what is considered ‘marketable’ for making money and what are the unexpected social consequences. ‘Commercial surrogacy’ using the same ‘slant of light’ is certainly not a crime. Is it a crime to sell a donated urethra or any other organ for ‘blue’ earnings if it is under some pressure? It is not a crime to take a bribe for a job (not to ask for a bribe) or to beg for weakness.
The second of these is the relationship between ‘prevention’ and ‘necessity’, so the question is how to understand them. For one, the chain may need another. The same is true of blue. Who will use the concession obtained from the indictment to meet the alleged ‘need’, what tendencies it promotes, what are its unintended social consequences and how to prevent them is a matter of great concern to the relevant jurists. .

It needs to be looked at from a humanitarian perspective.
I read the headline ‘Light slap’. Whether the court decision in this matter is welcome. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. With a few exceptions, everyone has the freedom to run their own business. But what if these exemptions are imposed by circumstances? That is why it must be seen from a humanitarian perspective. They should be treated with respect by society and the administration.

Then why should INS Virat be judged differently?
Read the news in ‘INS Gomati Retirement’ Loksatta (May 29). The INS Gomti, which served in the Indian Navy for 34 years, retired on Saturday (May 28). The boat, belonging to the Godavari category, was launched on April 16, 1988 by the then Defense Minister K.C. It is dedicated to the country over the hands of Pant. The warship was named Gomati after the river Gomati. The warship received the prestigious Unit Testimonial twice in 2007-08 and 2019-20 for its outstanding contribution to national maritime security. The history of this warship will be preserved as a museum. The warship will be housed as a museum on the banks of the Gomti River in Uttar Pradesh, for which a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Navy and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. In the past, the governments of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh have proposed to turn INS Virat into a museum, while industrialist Mukesh Ambani has also expressed interest in turning the INS into a museum. Turned into a museum, but now how is INS Gomati being turned into a museum? Isn’t the Defense Ministry debt forgiveness situation an obstacle now? Or is this warship museum being built by Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi with the Uttar Pradesh government an impediment to a reconciliation agreement? Why a different verdict for INS Virat and a different verdict for INS Gomati?

Let’s dig somewhere?
The Supreme Court ruled that there was no ban on excavations on the premises of religious sites and that the law was also alarming. Because Swami Vivekananda said that ‘Jagannath Temple in Puri is a Buddhist monastery and the Hindus demolished it and built this temple’. There are many such temples in India. Another is that the Vithal Temple in Pandharpur and the Buddhist monastery are our places of worship, say Buddhist monks and some history professors from Maharashtra.

‘Bharat Ratna to Savarkar‘ Inconvenience to the BJP
The Center is indifferent to giving Bharat Ratna to Savarkar. News of Ariwad Sawant allegations (May 29) read. Ariwad Sawant said it has been demanded 50 times in the last eight years in Parliament. In fact Savarkar’s declaration of Bharat Ratna is likely to favor the current mania-friendly environment for Hindus, but it remains to be seen why the Central Government did not take such a decision.
If Savarkar is given the Bharat Ratna, he will be welcomed and supported as long as he is critical of his work and ideas. What was the reason for Savarkar’s politics after his complete liberation in 1937? To what extent is it appropriate to give the Bharat Ratna award to a person whose thoughts and writings have been most influenced by anti-Semitic (especially Muslim) influence, as opposed to the very concept of ‘India’? It is natural that such a medical question arises, which could be a problem for the Central Government and Savarkar.
Does scientist Savarkar agree with the BJP that it wants to wrap up the ancient Shrutismritipuranadi texts in a museum and turn the pages of the age of science? BJP patriarchal organization Ra. Delay. The group included the name of Mahatma Gandhi in its morning memorabilia but not the name of Savarkar, why? The BJP government at the Center should not have the courage to face so many divisive issues. So is it possible to avoid giving Bharat Ratna to Savarkar?

Congress needs to make cuts
I read an article (May 29, Sunday Special) by Madhu Kamble entitled ‘Pushing Family Politics’. Once upon a time the Opposition was forced to field a candidate against a Congress candidate. But today a party like the Congress is not even finding candidates in most states. Mayawati, Mamata, the late Jayalalithaa, Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar, who were once with him due to a ‘communication gap’ with allies, are no longer with him today.
Rahul Gandhi said that the people could not grow as a leader in the minds of the people and hence the Congress took four steps back. There are hereditary allegations against the Congress, but if so, the people would have opposed Farooq Abdullah then Omar Abdullah, Pawar after Ajit Pawar and Balasaheb after Uddhav Thackeray. But that does not seem to be happening, because if the next generation understands that there are leadership qualities, people will accept that leadership.
Yet Congress provided adequate provision for their thinkers, carried along old allies, gave due respect to their future divisive party, applauded honest people working from the street to Delhi, gave opportunity to new leadership, set aside outdated issues and touched on new issues, and maintained matters of interest to the younger generation. , Promoting the work through social media will definitely benefit the party.

‘Hope so‘In the background ‘Health worker‘ Should be
Read the analysis of “hopefully world respect”. (May 28). Asha Sevik has been honored with this year’s World Health Organization ‘Global Health Leaders’ Award. Today, especially in urban areas, diseases like cancer, urinary tract infections and heart disease are on the rise. The poor and backward classes in the society do not have enough information about these diseases and their treatment. Therefore, health workers should be recruited on the lines of Asha workers. It should include both men and women. – Prof. M.Sc. a. Pawar, Kalyan
