Locamanas: Covering should be done center only

The decision came as a surprise to British citizens as there were no positive results on the patient graph.

Letter of response from Loksatta readers

I read in the news (Health System Warning ‘(Lok Satta – 5 June) that it seems necessary to cause the positive and negative consequences of masking force and use in other countries. Negotiations have also begun in India, with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson easing sanctions and a decision taken in the absence of any positive results on the patient’s graph that has come as a surprise to British citizens.

Currently, the number of daily coroners in India is slowly increasing again. So instead of wasting too much time on this, it is appropriate to descend into nationwide outrage at the central level before the situation gets out of hand. Earlier, Union Finance Secretary Rajesh Bhushan had directed the chief secretaries of all the states to lift the additional sanctions, but Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandvia took the ‘wait and watch’ role till the end of March and created chaos. This suggests that there is no ideological coordination between the Union Minister and the Finance Secretary. In fact, most of those who have come to Jerusalem over the past two and a half years are opposed to the country’s lockout and enforcement. But we saw the effects of relaxation on the second wave of the corona.

No democratic government has been created to push the people into crisis. The Government of India has also announced corona regulations for the benefit of the public and amended them as per convenience. But do you think those who run the government will enforce these rules if they flout them? The government should formulate rules according to the situation so that the affluent class does not violate these rules. Otherwise the common man will have to pay the price for the fun that the affluent class makes. It does not seem appropriate to relax sanctions and remove the mask in our country in view of the health facilities and population in other countries.

Krishna Balabhim Galande, Gevroy (District. Bead)

Look at the complainants rather than appointing a committee.

As mentioned in the ‘Accelerated Governance Verification’ (Lok Satta – June 2) report, the state government has appointed a committee to formulate governance rules. It would have been better to seek suggestions from complainants coming to the Secretariat with their problems from all over Maharashtra than to appoint this committee. With the administration red tape these poor people are suffering severely every day. Ordinary people go to the ministry after two o’clock in the afternoon, at which time the Saheb’s meetings begin. Complainants who have come too far are not even considered. The complaint is forwarded to the concerned department or subordinate officer; However, no action or decision has been taken on the complaint. Instead of appointing a committee, it is best to seek advice from those who have been visiting for years.

Retirees on the brink of poverty

From ‘Chandni Chowk’ to ‘Poverty will end ..’ P. Nadda described the Modi government’s plans for the poor, but said that the fall in interest rates had pushed many senior citizens to the brink of new poverty.

To date, Rs 2 lakh 80,000 crore of EPS-1995 pensioners’ rights have been deposited with the Central Government. They are all fighting on their own to raise pensions. MPs in Parliament are demanding. He was positive when pensioners met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In fact there is still no pension increase. Therefore, the capital saved after working for 30-35 years will have to be spent on Arakora pension. The question is how to deal with rising inflation. However, as per the decision of the Koshiyari Samiti and the Supreme Court, the Central Government should pay the arrears to the senior citizens.

Second Kashmir FilesLet it happen?

Three innocent Hindus have been shot dead in Kashmir in the last three weeks. The government declared it an act of terrorism. All these terrorists are not from Pakistan but from Kashmir. The local government should find out why the Hindus were shot dead. (Presidential rule continues in Jammu and Kashmir from June 20, 2018. After the repeal of Article 370, the Deputy Governor is in-charge of the Union Territory.) Is the government waiting for another ‘Kashmir files’? The killing of Hindus cannot be stopped just by talking about brotherhood. There will be no peace in the Kashmir Valley unless the government takes concrete steps.

Add. Strong coming, Pune

Who is responsible for the insecurity of scholars??

A total of 40 civilians were killed in Jammu and Kashmir in May alone. Due to the increase in killings of Kashmiri Pandits and Hindu minorities, Hindu citizens are finding it very difficult to get out of the Kashmir Valley. He said the central government had failed to provide security to the people of Kashmir. It seems that this situation is not under the control of the government. Leaders of the country have been firing on Tahoe, accusing him of torturing and killing the same Pandits. Who is responsible for the growing insecurity among Kashmiri Pandits? Did the government take the issue of rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits seriously?

Vivek himself, Report (Thane)

Whether to build affordable homes or raise the income threshold?

Why change the revenue group for MHADA? I read ‘Analysis’ (Lok Satta-June 1) with such a questionable title, but avoided logical and public interest answers to that question. The method of determining the income based group and income limits for MHADA housing projects has been followed for years. However, this ‘analysis’ of the new changes in that context does not provide a logical reason for the state government’s decision to raise the revenue limit for these MHADA draws. MHADA is mainly divided into four groups namely Low, Low, Medium and High. Under the new changes, the government will raise the income threshold of the middle class and upper classes so that they do not suffer. Given the limited housing available to such groups, the working capital they have and, most importantly, the easy access to credit from banks and finance companies, the changes made for these groups are not very drastic.

Then there is the question of small and marginalized categories. The government has almost doubled the income limit for these groups to six lakhs (Rs. 50,000 per month) and six to nine lakhs per month (Rs. 50,000 to 75,000 per month). The question arises as to whether the lower middle class who are interested in buying a house in these groups have the resources to earn such an annual income. The next question is whether the government has increased the income limit for these groups based on any study report on the increase in income of these groups.

MHADA Homes is the best choice for Marathi middle class youth to get proper and formal home for years to come. This can be estimated based on the number of people who have applied in the last ten years. The previous income limit made it possible for aspiring young, hard-working migrant workers to find their own home. But now, with the new changes, many groups that want so much are lost. A small group of applicants will have to leave the house that was once a bit larger and now they will have to apply in a much smaller group. Isn’t this unfair to ordinary workers?

In the post-tax period, in view of the overall jobs and financial uncertainty in the private sector, does the government need to make this change now? Or did the government now have to make this decision under pressure from banks and finance companies? “Many people do not get a loan because of the difference in house prices and income. Analysts say it will no longer be easy for winners from minority groups to get loans. This means that MHADA’s exorbitant house prices are an important issue. Instead of lowering it, the government is doing injustice to the workers by raising the income limit. Without taking corrective action to get loans from banks the government has chosen the easy way and got rid of those who are reluctant to give loans!

The so-called economists say, “But why build a project? It costs money. Do not take home if you can not give! But those who know the concepts of ‘Inclusive Banking’, ‘Welfare Governance’, etc., and know the dreams of working people would not say so.

What is SEO?

SEO, or search engine optimization, is a technique that can be used to improve the ranking of a website on search engines. When a visitor clicks on a website with good SEO, they are likely to see more pages of content and find the information they are looking for faster than if the website was not optimized.
There are many different techniques that can be used to improve SEO, but some of the most common include using keyword research, creating quality content, and making sure the website looks and feels professional.
Some of the top SEO companies in Chennai include Moz, BuzzSumo, and SERPWoo.

What are the different types of SEO?

Keyword research: How do you research keywords?
Optimize your website for search engine visibility:
Blogger outreach: How do you go about contacting bloggers to promote your content?

How does SEO work?

There are a few ways to improve your website’s ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs). One way is to add more content and make sure that it’s high quality. Another way is to optimize your website for SEO using certain keywords and phrases. And finally, you can pay a company to do all of this for you.

What are the benefits of SEO for businesses?

SEO can improve the organic search results for your business, giving you a leg up in the competition. According to research by Moz, organic search results are now the second-most important factor when customers make purchasing decisions (after price).

Additionally, SEO can help you attract new customers by improving your visibility online. People who are looking for a specific type of business or product are more likely to find you if your site has been properly optimized. Finally, it’s important to keep in mind that SEO is an ongoing process – if your site isn’t currently ranking well, don’t despair! A little effort every month can go a long way and help you achieve your business goals.

Locamanus: The fact that there is interdependence in globalization

The editorial conveys this fact to the so-called nationalists through several relevant examples.

Read the ‘Editorial and Strategy’ editorial (June 6). Let us once again set aside the philosophical truth of Lord Buddha that ‘this world is not a mound of objects but a stream of events’. The nuances of the scientific theory of the ‘butterfly effect’ can be put aside at once. But how is it possible to ignore the fact that all the material things in this world, then nations, are related to each other and that they have more or less the same effect on each other and that everyone needs each other. Other? The editorial conveys this fact to the so-called nationalists through numerous contextual examples.

In the wake of the nationalist rhetoric of his foreign minister, the global spirit expressed by Pandit Nehru since 1926 cannot be forgotten. Nehru, while acknowledging the inevitability of the Allied policy at the time, maintained a global consciousness in foreign policy. In today’s increasing age of globalization, the narrow-mindedness of ‘ours’ can be seen for a moment as a shining example of our patriotism, but the idea of implementing it as a foreign policy is a sign of immaturity.

For the year 2021-22, the country will spend Rs. It has a trade deficit of 14,930.92 billion ($ 192.24 billion). In a country that imports more than 85 percent of its energy, it is practically impossible for a country to implement its ‘ours’ policy. This is even more evident from the situation created by the extreme (?) Statements of Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jindal. There is no doubt, therefore, that extremist nationalists who advocate ‘our’ policy will have to face the reality of interdependence, harmony and sympathy.

h. Come on. Sarang, Latur

Jaishankar is done softening up so far!

I (June 6) read the headline ‘Dhadadi and Dhoran’. Even today, India seems to be playing a softer role after the developed countries have spoken out. For the first time, Indian Foreign Minister Subramaniam Jaishankar has spoken out strongly against pressure from big countries. The problem of developed countries has been this global problem for many years. It is in the context of these issues that certain rules and regulations apply to the whole world. Where there are no such problems, developing countries suffer unnecessarily. As a part of the world and as an independent nation we have the right to raise our grievances on the international stage. At that time, a country is expected to think independently and comprehensively without coming to its aid. On the other hand, US Secretary of State Anthony Bilken’s claim that a government that promotes a particular religion has done injustice to minorities in India is baseless, and his statement is creating an unrealistic religious rift in the country. It is also true that the progress of the country is crippled by the crutches of a few leaders.

Srikanth Shankarrao Ingle, Pune

How important is aggression to realize reality

Read the ‘Editorial and Strategy’ editorial (June 6). In fact these days everything is happening because of bold speech. Many statements like Self-Sufficiency India, Digital India, Corruption-Free India, despite the boldness of the proclamations, seem to have a procedural flaw in the walls. Boldly speaking it may slow down for a while but its lack of policy and action will underline its futility in a few days. Government must be courageous, but in doing so, it is important to know the reality, where and how to express it, and to implement it through policy and action. Looking at the central or state government from a realistic perspective is in the interest of the society and ultimately the country.

Rahul Prakash Swamy, Akkalkot (Solapur)

Sharma, Will Jindal be honored??

The BJP is anticipating the statements of Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal. The anti-Muslim sentiments of these party leaders will not change at all. The BJP strongly believes that it is necessary for votes. Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is strongly opposed to this ideology and policy. Leaders and activists with their ideology were severely sidelined. After Foreign Minister Jaishankar replied to the US Secretary of State, Sharma was suspended from the BJP and Jindal was removed. It has been eight days since the feud between the two erupted. No FIR has been registered against him so far. Disha Ravi, an environmental activist from Bangalore, has been jailed on treason charges for distributing tool kits to farmers. The anti-Muslim rhetoric of Sharma and Jindal has hurt Indians and nationals abroad. Will the government honor them with the award?

Jaiprakash Narker, Rajapur (Ratnagiri)

Scholars care about everyone, Someone to the farmer?

Several political parties in Maharashtra have expressed concern over attacks on Kashmiri Pandits in the last few days. Are all the problems in Maharashtra over? Kharif has arrived, farmers are being thrown out for soybean seeds just like every year, there is a shortage of fertilizer, traders are robbing farmers, forcing seeds from private companies, they have no sympathy. We are careful not to take action against Kashmiri Pandits. If Hindus care so much, are not most of these farmers Hindus? Looking after Kashmiri Pandits or going to Ayodhya is not the solution to the problem. Finally one has to go to the farmers to ask for votes, not to the Kashmiri Pandits.

Nilakantha Prakash Rao Lande, Castor oil (Latur)

The advertising company did not anticipate the results?

The news item (June 5) reads ‘YouTube, Twitter ordered to remove objectionable ad’. The statement, based on a group of boys pointing fingers at a girl in the sense of mass rape, shows that even in the 22nd century, the Indian market still considers rape as an object. People enjoy jokes about rape. There are many incidents in the mythology like Draupadi undressing. This is exactly what happened to Jayalalithaa in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly in the history of Indian Parliament. In a society where mass rape of a woman is used as a joke to sell body spray, many people enjoy it even though it is illegal and punishable. This company and its advertising company probably have the final hint. They may have done so deliberately to bring the brand to light.

Tushar Ashok Rahatgankar, Dombivli

BJP needs to improve its image first!

I read Mahesh Saralashkar’s article ‘Kejriwal’s ambitious war’ (June 6). After the recent Punjab Assembly and West Bengal Assembly elections, the Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat elections have become more ambitious for the BJP as the BJP has been strategizing to keep the states of Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat from collapsing. As part of the same strategy, the entire action against Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain should be seen. It does not matter if it is a BJP conspiracy.

The BJP is trying to tarnish the image of Sasi Mira and the people involved in any challenge. However, the Punjab elections are proof that damaging Kejriwal’s reputation is not as easy as one might think. Now voters feel that the Aam Aadmi Party is closer to them than the Congress and the BJP, believing that the rest are on the same floor. If not

Delhi voters will not give power to this party three times in a row. If you look at the last two-three years of Narendra Modi’s rule .. Voters were stunned by inflation and rising fuel prices. That is why the BJP should be ours first instead of defaming others

Improve the picture!

First side: The state is ready for the kharif season

Major food crops are estimated to be cultivated in an area of 146.85 lakh hectares

Dr. Vishwajit Kadam (Minister of State for Agriculture, Co-operation and Social Justice)

The Mahavikas Aghadi government is standing by the farmers. It is believed that the rate of agricultural development will increase during the kharif season due to the efforts of farmers and the cooperation of the state government.

Despite the corona period, the Department of Agriculture has played an important role in strengthening the economy. Last kharif season, farmers cultivated at a record level. Young people in the state are educated farmers experimenting with modern technology. Although agriculture is a business, it is important to try to add industry to it. Against this backdrop, the administrative preparations for the Kharif season 2022 are almost complete. Branch wise plans have been drawn up to ensure quality fertilizers, seeds and stocks for the kharif season.

During the kharif season, 146.85 lakh hectares of major food crops will be cultivated. It requires 17.95 lakh quintals of seeds. A total of 19.88 lakh quintals of seeds will be available for 1.72 lakh quintals from Mahabiz, 0.15 lakh quintals from National Business Corporation and 19.01 lakh quintals from private producers.

Commercial Crop Program

To promote intercropping in cotton and sugarcane, green and amla and peas are being implemented in sugarcane. As a result, farmers are getting extra income. Based on this method, demonstrations were held on 480 hectares of cotton and 2360 hectares of sugarcane. Intensive cotton cultivation was implemented on 176 hectares. The growth of fibers was observed to increase the yield. The cotton bollworm was brought under control last year.

National Food Security Campaign

In 2021-22, the National Security Mission will spend Rs. These include crop demonstrations, seed distribution at subsidized prices, integrated food management, integrated crop management, improved farm implements and facilities. As a result, the third estimate for 2021-22 is 52 lakh metric tonnes of pulses and 165.01 lakh metric tonnes of cereals.

Maximum loan rate

Various types of loans are provided to farmers through state banks. NABARD has set up a state level committee to identify the borrower. The committee fixed loan rates per hectare for various crops and working capital loan rates for livestock and fisheries industries.

NABARD Credit Scheme

NABARD has prepared a plan of Rs 6 lakh 13 thousand 503 crore for the state. Of this, a total of Rs. 1 lakh 43 thousand 19 crore is for agriculture, agricultural ancillaries and agricultural infrastructure.

Supply activities of agricultural inputs on the dam

In view of the situation that arose during the Kovid period, the State Government Department of Agriculture took the initiative to make these materials available in the dam itself so that the farmers could get quality farm equipment at the right time. In 2021-22, 75,969 metric tonnes of fertilizer was supplied to the dams.

Fruit crop insurance scheme

In 2021, a total of 1.29 lakh farmers will participate in the scheme. They insured an area of 96 lakh hectares and the total sum insured was Rs. 2 lakh 6 thousand 708 crores. A total of Rs 148.79 crore was paid for this. 130.92 crore out of which Rs.119.03 crore was paid.
