Until the end of poverty ..
On the occasion of the completion of eight years of the Modi government at the Center, BJP national president J.S. P. A press conference was arranged by Nadda Hussain. On the same day, a rally was held at the BJP headquarters on Deendayal Upadhyaya Marg in Delhi. Across Delhi, trees fell, roads were closed and traffic was disrupted. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also took some time to arrive at the headquarters. It is true that there are so many difficulties but .. BJP enthusiasm has not diminished. Nadda read out a list of how the Modi government has reached out to the poor in the last eight years and how it has benefited through government schemes. BJP leaders specialize in talking in public about central government schemes. From Prime Minister Modi to local leaders and even BJP activists, the names of the schemes and the details of how many crores of beneficiaries have benefited should be kept to a minimum. It is difficult for Nadda to explain that there will no longer be a Muslim member of the BJP in the Rajya Sabha. Let us decide who to nominate, who not to cast, and what to do with the Muslims in the party. Nadda said Mackay should leave the candidacy and so on. Although Nadda has raised the question of what the central government has decided to do to draft the same civil law, Nadda has indicated that the issue may come to the fore in the near future. Since the state government has set up a special committee to enforce the same civil law in Uttarakhand, it goes without saying that the matter is likely to be looked into at some point at the central level. Nadda said the BJP would be in power at the Center. The BJP should stay in power as long as it aims to eradicate poverty in this country. This wish can be fulfilled if the media cooperates! Now Nadda does not know what to expect from this. Exactly how much and how much support will the BJP get from the media?
Remove identity?
‘Central Vista’ in the name of BJP will make history of Lotans in Delhi. Parliament will not only build a new building but also replace old government offices. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s Parivahan Bhavan and Shramashakti Bhavan on Rafi Kidwai Road opposite the Parliament House will be demolished. These two buildings will be replaced by separate buildings for the offices of the MPs. At present not every MP has a separate office. These MPs meet in their respective parliamentary offices. Most MPs like to chat with colleagues in the Central Chamber. After gaining an independent office, facilities will also be created for the staff of MPs. Because of the corona, MPs’ staff were not allowed into the House of Parliament, but even before that, many self-secretaries had to sit in the Parliament building. The offices in both the buildings are located near the Maharashtra Bhavan. This route will be converted to new buildings. For the last eight years the Parivahan Bhavan has been known as Gadkari. Gadkari provided car parking there. On the eighth floor, there is also a restaurant for Marathmolya food. They no longer have car parking, but can move the restaurant to a new location. It is possible to read some of the buildings in the area. The INS (Indian Newspaper Society) building with media offices adjacent to the Shramashakti Bhavan may remain the same. The mosque opposite the Parliament next to the Parivahan Bhavan, the Red Cross Society office building and the Press Club premises are in question. Beyond that Krishi Bhavan and Shastri Bhavan will be constructed. They will be replaced by a new Central Secretariat on either side of the highway. Rajpath beautification work completed. The construction work of the Parliament building is going on in three phases. In the next phase, the construction of the Central Secretariat buildings, the residences of the Prime Minister and the Vice President, the office of the Prime Minister and the offices of the MPs will begin.
What is the guarantee?
The All India Peasant Struggle Coordinating Committee, which did not take part in the peasant agitation under the banner of ‘Samyukta Kisan Morcha’, has decided to fight for guarantees. The committee also includes King Shetty’s ‘Swabhimani Shetkari Incident’. Despite their conference in Delhi in October, the issue of guarantees came to the fore once again. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had promised to appoint a committee on the issue of assurances after the apology, but it has not been fulfilled so far. In April, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar summoned representatives of the US Kisan Morcha and asked them to set up a committee immediately. Before setting up any committee, its framework must be determined. However, the names of the Morcha representatives were not officially announced as no such information was given to the US Kisan Morcha. The Congress in Udaipur introduced the resolution on agriculture at Chintan Shivir. A committee chaired by former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Hooda has been appointed for this purpose. Yogendra Yadav and other leaders of the Front discussed various issues related to agriculture in preparation for the agricultural resolution presentation. This led to a congressional agricultural resolution in which Congress insisted on a guarantee. Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections.
Remember Sevadal?
Does anyone remember the congressional service? On the occasion of Independence Amrita anniversary, Sevadal National President Lalji Desai led a walk from Ahmedabad to Delhi and ended it on June 1 at Rajghat. The trek reaches the capital through four states namely Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. Thousands of people took part in the procession. Acting President of the Congress Sonia Gandhi participated in the closing ceremony of the Padayatra. While the BJP-led Amrit Mahotsav celebrations are being held across the country, the Sevadal March was launched as the Congress wanted the parties involved in the freedom struggle to also organize events. While the government festival was in full swing, there was not much discussion about the parade of soldiers, which was once considered a mine of freedom fighters. Previously had to join the service before joining the Congress. Now, the central government has issued a notice to vacate the service office. Therefore, the servicemen also have to be accommodated at the Congress headquarters. Those who entered the Congress are coming through the Sevadal. Now, there is a leak from the Congress and the time has come for the Congress to organize thought camps like Udaipur to determine its ideological role. Sevadal means fear even to the British who ruled then, but now not a single Congressman is struggling to maintain Sevadal’s presence.
